The BASF process illustrates how flow connects carriers, drivers, terminals, security checks, weighing stations, loading points and the control room in one end-to-end process.
The driver receives the transport order in the Driver App. Driver, vehicle and transport information are transferred to flow, where the automated entry process can be prepared and started without duplicate data entry.
At terminals and weighing stations, the driver identifies via QR code. flow controls check-in, loading selection, document printing, weighing and handover to the next process step.
ADR checks, safety inspections and access-relevant validations are supported digitally. Checklists, photos and comments are documented directly in the process.
The control room monitors process status, exceptions, gates, loading points and check-out activities in real time. After loading, flow supports exit weighing, document creation and automated exit.
